Super Glue: Simple and effective ambient campaign

This is a smart ambient advertising campaign launched by Super Glue in Guatemala to promote its glue in an effective way. This campaign was undertaken to increase awareness of the Super Glue brand in a market with unavailable budget for traditional media. The advertisers decided to hire a fleet of vehicles and stationed them at high traffic zone of the city. A boot was attached with their front wheels, as traffic police attach to vehicles of refractors. The boot was designed in a manner that it appeared as if a tube of Super Glue was attached to stop it from moving.

The campaign was executed at four strategic places where approximately 60,000 people could see the campaign. The campaign had also received local media attention for its additional benefit. Moreover, it may be indigestible for many as they might concede relating glue with the car wheel lock is a bit awkward, but the campaign has displayed a perfect exaggeration of the idea that communicates the product benefit effectively.
