This is a campaign against stoning, the barbarian form of capital punishment. The campaign has been developed by Avaaz in association with The center for educational design and communication (CEDC).
The campaign is a follow-up of their global petition against stoning and protesting the unjust judgment against Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, The ads feature images of Brazilâs Lula and Turkeyâs ErdoÄan holding an image of Sakineh underneath a headline that says Her Life is In Your Hands.
The text urges the world leaders to do something to help her and make efforts to stop stoning.
