Stiftung Kindergesundheit, a German child health organization had published this two print advertisement to encourage children healthy food to ward off obesity problem which is now becoming increasingly rampant among children. The first advertisement is showing an overweight kid having junk food. The second advertisement was a part of the Powerkids campaign that shows an obese child is taking weights and the advertisement clearly focuses on the measurement of the meter. Moreover, the first advertisement is rather more effective than the second one.

The presentation of the advertisements is extremely simple and direct that stick to the core idea. The advertisements though do not seem to be very effective to draw attention of the target group and it struggles to produce capability to compel people to think over in this direction. The first advertisement says, ‘Eat healthy. 4.5 million children in Germany are obese or overweight’. The ad was developed by Serviceplan Hamburg, Germany.
