Saurav Ganguly, former Indian skipper is likely to appear for Pepsi to help it out from second pesticide controversy in three years. A critical evaluation suggests despite many people had started contemplating Saurav Ganguly to become a history; he pulled off a TV sot for himself. Moreover, Saurav was certainly down since a long time but he remained in the news constantly.
Pepsi on the other hand reportedly stated that this is a usual campaign for the company and there is no need to read much into it. The company seemed to be clarifying the matter as most of the companies have already broken ties former Indian skipper.
However, there is no clear cut strategy seems to be evolving behind the fresh campaign of the Pepsi but there are speculation that since the company has contract with the player till 2007 so they might be thinking of taking a chance.
