This billboard advertisement deceives people to attract their attention on a high way. The billboard meant for promoting isbank.com.tr that facilitates online payment of traffic tickets. The billboard was strategically placed on a highway of Turkey in such a manner that a driver from distance will notice a police car hiding behind the billboard.
This is a normal practice of Turkey police to catch speeding drivers. The driver will automatically slow down to make sure that the vehicle traveling under the legal speed limit. When they approach closer to the billboard then they realize that the police car was a part of the billboard.
