Iraqi Television in a new ad calls for Jill Carroll’s release who has been hold hostage in the country for past five weeks now. The UMass graduate has been threatened to execute if the United Sates does not fulfill kidnappers’ demand by 26th of February.
The one minute long television advertisement airs two photographs of the journalist. The ad also shows al-Dulaimia while attending a news conference appealing to those who has kidnapped the U.S journalist. Later in the ad Carroll’s mother also has spoken in English with an Arabic voice over.
