Now it can go ahead and close the deal. Web search king Google has received US antitrust clearance to acquire this privately held digital and radio advertising firm dMarc Broadcasting. US Federal Trade Commission after clearing the issue in a notice said it will not take any action to block it.
Google is paying $102 million upfront now as the first cash up offer. The analysts feel over three years time the search giant may pay up to $1.14 billion for the deal. But this is not certain as of yet as it stands on some variables to fulfill first.
