Nicole Hughes, former stripper at Penthouse Executive Club, is suing her ex-bosses for unlawfully included her exposed image in scores billboard, because her integrity as an adult entertainer was tainted.
That is, indeed, a serious thing.
She says that she was âshockedâ when she saw her images in the billboards of scores, and she says that she was “misled” into thinking her pictures would be used only for the Penthouse club.
The suit claims Hughes suffered “severe emotional distress” from the unauthorized use of a picture of her in a skimpy getup.
