Another agency mess up has come to broad light. Euro RSCG 4D, a leading integrated marketing communication company filed a law suit in the Supreme Court of America against its own former CEO Charles Tarzian.
EURO RSCG 4D in its complaint said the former CEO was trying to steal its business by leaking out confidential information and trade secretes. The complaint further alleged that he was badmouthing his former employer and also had poached company’s employees to its newly created firm.
