Soon to be released and a possible blockbuster (after all its getting tons of free publicity any way for long) Da Vinci Code suffered another jolt (or gained more publicity) when the huge advertisement of it put up on Rome’s St. Pantaleo Church was removed by the Catholic diocesan officials there. Following a decision by Italy’s Interior Ministry the Code ad is now been covered in black cloth.

Clargy opposed to the ad because the storyline of the Dan Brown’s best selling book suggests that the church has for centuries have hidden the fact that Jesus married one prostitute called Mary Magdalene.

The ad featured a massive image of Mona Lisa and the title of the website.
