This is totally unfair! Blogger Lance Dutson has been sued by New York’s Ad agency. Well, what is really infuriating is the fact that the guy did not do anything wrong. All he did was to point out a wrong phone number of the Tourism Department for the State of Maine listed on the ad. It was a phone-sex number instead of the actual tourism office number. Instead of getting a box full of chocolates, he got a lawsuit.
What was the need for the ad agency (Warren Kremer Paino Advertising) to sue the man? And when the hearing begins, the agency will learn a good lesson: Lance has the best lawyers coming to his rescue.
