A new Sydney University research has found out that though children and children are exercising more than 10 years ago, obesity levels are continuously rising. Australian marketers are now planning to put junk foods out of children sight with the help of a code.

What is a code?

The code is a response to researching indicating a growing obesity problem among children that experts blame on surgery and fatty foods.

The code restricts the ad words that persuade children to go for a snack or fast food buy. The code also bans advertising by celebrities and use of animated characters along with other promotional service and products.

Australian association of food advertisers while countering the study report says a ban on TV advertising would make no difference at all.
