Aids awareness: A forthright ad from CANFAR

This is a no-nonsense and forthright television commercial by Canadian Foundation for Aids Research to increased awareness among women in Canada. The ad aims at conveying that Aids is most threatening issue compared to all other issues related to public health such as bulimic. Moreover, there is also a specific reference of fear of pregnancy.

The advertisement delivers message that HIV infection rates are rising among Canadian women. There is no cure.
