Who doesnât want to give a pleasant surprise to their loved ones? Especially, surprises are an essential element of a romantic relationship, without that life will be a boring repetition of previous incidents. Eric Anderson also wanted to give a really pleasant surprise to his girl friend, Rachel Clark. That was indeed a surprise.
He posted an ad on a bus shelter at Sheridan Road and Surf Street, declaring his love. This bus shelter was an ideal spot for proposing her as it was the one frequented by his girlfriend every morning.
The romantic copy reads so- Rachel! I love you! Let’s be a team forever! Will you marry me? xoxo Eric.
And, the romantic design consists of the symbols of a heart (for love), the scales of justice (Clark is a lawyer), a cog (Anderson is an engineer) and a knot, which indicates marriage.
When, Rachel Clark came to the bus shelter in the morning, she saw Eric standing near the proposal ad with a smiling face, and that smile soon spread to her face, mingled with a unique surprise.
