Hoping to target the booming podcast advertising market California based Podbridge launched an advertising network and audience measurement service and has partnered with BBC, Clear Channel Radio Stations KNEW-AM, Militray.com and Sports Byline. The ads which will be of 15 second duration or less will be marketed by Ronning Lipset Radio, a third party representative for the network. Advertisers will be able to dynamically insert the ad at the time of download, so every time a user synchs their iPod ad can be replaced. Advertisers on the basis of audience demography can place their ad, they can also rotate multiple ads and manage campaign budgets.
