Above shown print advertisement campaign was banned in Italy; the Jury ruled that the image is upsetting and confusing. The jury also observed that nudity is not justified within the context of this commercial. The advertisement is featuring two fully clothed adult men and a naked child. The issue was raised that the advertisement campaign has inappropriately displayed nudity and is not respectful of the dignity of human being.<\/p>

In the ruling, the jury stated that the message is not educative and the campaign fails to promote the necessary common sense attitude towards children as well. Further it said that using the body a child as mere object within the scene to grab attention is not appropriate. The jury finally ordered to ban the advertisement with immediate effect.<\/p>\n
