We have read about The Los Angeles Times <\/a>before. Now, Wenner Media\u00e2\u0080\u0099s \u00e2\u0080\u0098Us Weekly\u00e2\u0080\u0099 shows us another such example.<\/p>

The celeb weekly, in its April 20 issue, comes with a mock cover, which is actually a part of a five-page ad to promote HBO’s film Grey Gardens. The cover is meant to resemble a 1940s-era issue of Us Weekly and features Grey Garden\u00e2\u0080\u0099s stars Jessica Lange and Drew Barrymore. The real cover, featuring Lindsay Lohan, follows the mock cover.<\/p>\n

Though the word \u00e2\u0080\u009cadvertisement\u00e2\u0080\u009d appears across the top of its mock cover, and other features like the logo and fonts are changed,it is doubtful whether the readers could realize this.
