To express the message \u00e2\u0080\u0098\u00e2\u0080\u0099It\u00e2\u0080\u0099s alright to be tight\u00e2\u0080\u0099\u00e2\u0080\u0099, the campaign also features toilet papers and fish tank in a slight humorous (?) way.<\/p>\n<p>These jokes can be heard from the street and if you have any serious jokes to tell us, tell us.
