To indicate its commitment to speedy delivery even in adverse situations, Fedex created this billboard in Manila. The billboard, developed by the creative support from BBDO Guerrero\/ Proximity Philippines, is complete with fake mud and indicates that your package is valued more than anything.<\/p>
