Sky Tv, in its new campaign Art for an Insultingly Low Price<\/em> for its arts channel tells the tragic story of Mark Rothco, a post-war abstract artist.<\/p>

Mark Rothco was brilliant, and he was depressed too. Depressed because life was so cruel to him. Depressed because critics busily tore at his self belief and accountants studiously siphoned his money away. His life\u00e2\u0080\u0099s work cost him everything, even his entire life. But the campaign says that his work comes to you at a low price.<\/p>\n
