China

China is one of the oldest cultures and civilizations in existence and has contributed to some of the basic essentials of everyday life — inventions like paper and other important commodities. Due to the break of civil war, foreign interference and Japanese invasion caused a lot of internal turbulence. The People’s Republic of China was established on October 1st in 1949.

People’s Republic of China or better known as China is located in eastern part of Asia surrounded by Pacific Ocean in the eastern part. With an area extending nearly 9.6 million square kilometres, it covers almost one-fifteenth of the world’s land mass.  China is the third largest country in the world next to Canada and Russia.

China is one of the most populous countries in the world. A lot of individuals in China contribute to the burgeoning economy by being involved in several industries present in this large country.

 

China paid a great importance to education, as they began educating its students according to the western standards from the 1980’s. As a result, China has a number of skilled individuals working and contributing. The people of China are very friendly and pay a lot of respect to their rich culture and heritage.

The climate in China is continental. The southern part lies in the tropical and sub-tropical zone and the northern part lies near the frigid zones. The climate in China varies in different area for instance, the northern part of Heilongjiang province has long winters but no summers, while Hainan Island has long summers without winters.
