Suan Buak Haad City Park
From the chiangmai flower festival it is easy to walk into suan buak haad. It is a very pleasant space with all time gardens around the pools and bridges. The place consists of lot of refreshments and play area for children. Featuring waterfalls, landscape specialists, patios and several of garden decorations are the attracting parts.
Flower festival parade
It is the best and top most part of the flower festival. Flower parade starts on Saturday morning at 8 am. It walks along the Charoen Muang road all the way from Nawarat Bridge to the train station. Parade moves slowly and stops in between meanwhile it is the best time to take photographs of pretty girls, decorated floats and colorful tribe people. The people with different costumes walk along the parade dancing in a traditional Thai.
Miss chiang Mai flower festival
There will be a Miss Chiang Mai flower festival competition. Lot of the girls decorate themselves with variety of flowers and participate in this competition. It starts in the late afternoon. The actual festival begins in selecting the Miss chiang mai flower festival queen. The party goes on with a loud music and with supply of beer. It continues till evening and the flower queen is selected. As the nights are cool and breezy it is the best time to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere.
