LG has recently launched a wearable called GizmoPal for children. Parents can use this gadget to remain connected to their children. Check out what this new communication device brings forth to kids and their parents.

This funky band can be fun for kids who love to adopt new styles.GizmoPal is designed to be water resistant and durable, so it may last longer with its young users. The device fits properly around the wrist. It is available in two colors – blue and pink.
Performance —
This wearable band works smoothly in synchronization with a mobile device running iOS 7 or later, or Android 4.0 or later. When the gadget is turned on, it offers functional features based on the availability of a carrier program. Although a connected band can be tracked for its location using GPS, it does not work very precisely. Thus, we cannot call the gadget completely reliable. Otherwise, it performs nicely when we talk about its calling function. GizmoPal comes with a 400mAh battery that is okay for limited use.
Ease of use —
It is simple for kids to use GizmoPal. They only need to press a button to receive or make calls. This lightweight band is easy to wear. Parents can also track the location of their kids easily, as they may receive location notifications on a scheduled basis.
Usefulness —
GizmoPal is a useful device when parents need to remain connectedto their kids. The gadget can also be located easily on a map by using a smartphonewith the GizmoPal app installed in it. Children may not only use this band to receive calls from four approved contacts, but may also use it to dial the numbers of two approved contacts.In most cases, these approved numbers belong to their parents. It is beneficial in situations where kids have some urgent requirements to communicate with their parents or vice versa. If parents feel that their kids may not answer a call, then they may also set a feature called Auto-answer. Thus, parents may use this gadget to ensure the safety of their children to some extent. Kids can use the band to check time and listen to fun sounds.
Value for money –
At a price of $80, this gadget seems to be slightly expensive when we also consider the carrier charges.
