Most of us tend to start crash dieting in a bid to reduce weight as fast as possible. Not only will this not help you reduce weight at all, but it would also make you lose vital nutrients in the process, thereby making you look undernourished and weak. Rather than crash dieting, consider eating smaller meals every day. Opt for six small meals as akin to the standard three big meals. Crunches can be performed at home itself without the need for a gym or a personal trainer. Accordingly, you can opt for the bicycle crunches wherein you need to paddle your legs in the air while performing the crunches, or put your hands behind your head and raise your upper torso so that your head touches your knees.
