It is really important to help people in need and this is actually the original human nature. However, in today’s busy schedule and hectic life, it becomes really difficult to help the needy ones around and pay complete attention towards them.
Look for some alternatives
Everyone is so busy with the set schedule for the entire day. Therefore, it becomes a bit difficult for us to help the needy people around, although we have full intention to do that and do that perfectly. In such situations, the best one can do is help the needy people in looking out for a sincere person who has really got a lot of time to spend with them and who can pay complete attention towards them. You can definitely contribute to this excellent cause by financing some money which that person could spent on the needy ones. You can start searching from your family, friend circle and even the neighborhood. Look for such people who really have a plenty of spare time.
Be honest to them
One should always be honest in his approach towards the needy people. Do not misguide them by assuring false promises. If you really cannot help them out, just be frank and say it. If you are not willing to help them out, do let them know and do not show them that false willingness in you. Being sincere does not mean that you won’t be polite to them in this approach. You can straightaway let them know that a few days are too hectic or busy for you and they can definitely come to you after that. Assuring them your help when you don’t have any intentions to do so should always be ignored.
Restrict your attention
Giving them attention is really important but this should be limited to the fact that you do not end up with false promises to them. It is a known fact that once you have helped someone, he/she would always desire more from you. Help them but do not be over attentive to them as this can lead to certain problems in future wherein you would not be able to help them always and anytime.
