Stress is caused when we are expecting too much of ourselves and are not able to meet our goals. Continued stress will further lead to depression and anxiety and many other health problems. And when you are depressed, always write down your problems on a piece of paper. It will help in reducing your worries and make your goals look achievable.

Recreation

Stress levels rise when we do not have anything else going on in our minds. One must not be one-dimensional and should have at least some hobby which will take their mind off their problems. A recreational activity will never go in vain and help you freshen up. Whether it is catching up with friends, reading a book or watching an old movie, one must always take out time for themselves. Brooding over your problems and worries will not make them disappear, taking a break and coming back with a fresh mind will surely help you.
