Anxiety and the lifelong glitch it creates

How many times have you lost nerves in a tight situation and then broken out in sweat without happy results to show? Anxiety is perhaps one emotion, next to anger, that spoils a broth to bad! In the meanest phases that you get to see in life, it is obvious that impatience, depression and despair rule the mind. Add to this the anxious bit and you are sure to cook a connotation that mars more than it makes.

Why anxiety hampers the working of the mind?

Psychologically, anxiety stems from a hopelessness part of human minds. Insecurities often lead to minor issues that we vent out in the form of quarrels on a daily basis. When this gets stronger and the mind fails to find a cushiony zone, anxiety rises to rule the roost. However, as is well known, you cannot be expected to think neutrally or positively if your house negativity and anxiety within!

In the most common example that I can garner is a petty fight between two partners and the rest of the day that follows. No matter how grinding their work schedule remains, it is only the thought of the past quibble that bothers them round the day. On closer thought, there remains a latent anxious feeling as to what the other is doing in such a situation. Sounds known to you? Well, most of us must have gone through such a time in life. The one warranty that remains in such issues is that the mind can barely focus, think or work—anxious that it is.

Another avatar of an anxious mind

Some associate an anxious mind with worry, concern and care. However, all these concepts do compares being anxious in a way. The subtle difference remains that anxiety is an extreme emotion. This makes individuals lose balance in maintaining their life and their relationships. The more tensed your mind gets, the more you lose control over the self. You tend to strip yourself off freedom in mental terms, once anxiousness grips you.

The best solution is to free your mind of extreme thoughts. The more you let your relationships and associations fly, the better you would be prepared to deal with uncertainties and worries. An anxious mind does not let you think—by now you know why and the how of putting this to an end.
