Theere is typically one way to deal with envious people, just let your work do the talking. Never indulge yourself into unwanted arguments as it would spoil your rapport amidst your colleagues. Hasty decisions should be lest out of the door and concentration should be on your personal performance. People envy you because they fee that you are superior to them. so it is better to behave like one.

Behavior aspects

Try to realize the actions of individuals around you as it might also help in overcoming awkward behavior. In professional life, one has to go through a lot of rough patches but it is necessary to keep your calm and think positive. If you do not react to any type of false flattery, there are chances that you will bounce back strongly from a lean patch. You may also consider asking your best friends or family about these issues. Always remember that there are only a handful of people who care about you. Spot the selfishness at earlier level so you can cope with it.
