Located at 7 High Point Road in Toronto, Canada, the Bridal Path luxury mansion was previously on the market for $23 million in 2009 when it was not fully built. The property didn’t sell at that time, and now it has again hit the market for a cool $29 million, making it the most expensive home in Toronto. Owned by Toronto developer Paul Miklas, the Bridal Path mega mansion sits on more than two acres and offers over 30,000 sq. ft. of living space. The luxury home comes complete with a 4,500 sq. ft. indoor pool with massage room, an outdoor pool, a tennis gazebo and a putting green.
The master bedroom alone is 3,000 sq. ft., which is bigger than many homes in Toronto. It has six TVs, his and her closets, washrooms, wet bar, a kitchenette and a balcony. It took Paul Miklas six years to develop this house and he says that a tennis court and a gazebo are yet in the works. In all, the Bridal Path luxury home features 8 bedrooms, 8-car garage with custom white cabinetry, 4 kitchens and 13 bathrooms.
For the design and architectural details, Miklas and his wife visited historical properties like the Chateau Vaux le Vicomte. With luxurious amenities and rich details, Miklas believes that his home is “good” value.
