What we see in the ad is email conversations which symbolically indicate the effect of pain on your bran. On one side, the insisting boss and equally insisting (though in a romantic way)wife ask you many things, but the left leg reminds you of its unbearable pain. The conversation continues, and the pain in the left leg remains adamant.

Then the ad says- silence the pain.
